Description
The fiber optic cleaver is suitable for cold splicing and can solve the hot melting of a multi-purpose fiber optic cutter.
The SKL-6C fiber optic cleaver utilizes 16-bit planes in high-speed splicing. It has a strong blade.
It has a longer service life and comes with a triple attachment that can bend, cut fibers and bare fibers, as well as an automatic rear knife pusher.
Easy to use. All you need to do is place a good fiber blanket on the cover. Then you can complete the entire cutting job by pushing it.
Specification:
Applicable fiber rod diameter: 125 m.
Applicable fiber core quality: Single core (0.25 and 0.9 mm), 2.5-fiber 12-core tape-covered wire.
Optical fiber cutting length: 18 mm.
Usage:
1. Lift the upper lever of the fiber optic cover. Open the clamp of the single-fiber fiber clamp. Confirm that the blade pusher is in the forward position.
2. Place the optical fiber in the groove of the single-fiber fiber clamp. Align the sheath line with the corresponding cutting length scale of the optical fiber. (For example, if the cutting length is 18 mm, align the overlap line with the 18 mm position on the scale.) Then check that the bare fiber is straight.
3. Optical fibers and chips are very small and sharp. If they get into your finger or eye, it may cause injury. Therefore, you must be very careful during operation. For safe use, the operator must wear protective goggles.
4. Please dispose of fiber chips in the designated container, separate from household waste.
Caution:
1. If you replace the non-optical adjustment blade, you may not be able to replace and install the blade or adjust the cutting force.
2. SKL-6C adopts the special cutter fixing screw, and there is no need to adjust the cutter height, even by rotating the cutter bar.
