very nice light fitting, only criticism is that there are no instructions as to how the springs engage. I emailed the supplier and the sent an instruction video

I bought 6 copper down lighters with lightbulbs
They sent 1 down lighter and 5 lightbulbs!!
I contacted them and they sent 5 down lighters but unfortunately most were marked. I ordered another 3 to replace the worse ones and explained I had ordered in plenty of time and now the electrician was due. They came just in time but sadly again they had marks on them.
Because we had run out of time we had 6 of the best ones put in but I would not recommend them at all.
Must admit the customer service from Manoman was fantastic and so was the supplier just not very good product
