Installation
The network socket installation process is simple and Accessible even for a DIY electrician. Here are the steps to follow:- Stripping the LAN installation cable with a knife, turning the braided shielding back.
- Do not remove the pairs of wires that go together in the paired shielding.
- Push the LAN cable into the strain relief clamp and sort the wire pairs.
- Remove the insulation and push the wire pairs into the ports of the plug-in terminals using a tool.
- Trim any excess cable.
- Attach the back cover of the socket.
- Install the center plate and frame.
Use
This network socket is particularly suitable for applications requiring high bandwidth, such as HD streaming or servers.
