Applications: Can be used for drilling holes in wood and plastic products, furniture, and door hinges.

Used for cutting wood, plywood, solid wood boards, MDF, plastics, fiberglass, etc. The Forstner bit is intended for general use. Features: Tungsten carbide cutting tip with special heat treatment for a sharp edge, high hardness, no burrs, and long-lasting use. Curved, arc-shaped head design for easy chip removal and more efficient drilling. How to use: Suitable for bench drills, vertical drills, and CNC cutting machines. When working with hardwood or other hard materials, inject water to improve drilling quality and accuracy and extend the life of the drill bit. Tips: Maximum speed: 2000 RPM. For use on office (fixed) equipment and NOT for use on handheld power tools (such as a hand drill or electric drill). Cannot drill metal or non-ferrous metals. To avoid damage, ensure there are no nails or other metal objects in the wood before drilling. The cutting edge and point of the door opener must be sharpened regularly.
