Use:
The multi-ring potentiometer board is used to calibrate frequency and voltage matching.
Input supply voltage range: 12-30V DC. (A voltage of 15 to 24 V is recommended)
When the electrical level is 12 V, the supply voltage CANNOT be 12 V. It is better to use a voltage higher than 15 V. When the electrical level is 24 V, the supply voltage can be 24 V.
Signal input with optical coupling isolation. To ensure anti-interference capability.
For use with NPN transistors as defined by the PLC. Must have a ground wire.
For the encoder, a constant speed of the encoder must rotate continuously for more than 0.5 seconds.
Frequency/voltage converter module, the response time is approximately 0.3 to 0.5 seconds.
If the signal input is a flow rate of, etc., an 817 optical coupler and a resistor are required to match the flow meter normally due to signal matching.
Matching relationship:
When the F/V with the resistance is transferred to an intermediate value, F/V corresponds to the following relationship, 100Hz = 0.1V, the accuracy is 1%. It cannot reach 2 digits after the decimal point if a relatively high precision of the occasion is insufficient.
