All in all, it’s a child’s chair that arrived battered. I emailed “customer services” and “Murphy” (if that’s even his real name) has zero customer service skills and a complete lack of common sense and decency. There were 8 legs in total; 4 for the chair and 4 for the foot stool. Although all wrapped up in bubble wrap, they arrived with chunks of wood missing, dents and splinters. They each have a metal pin / nail sticking out of the bottom which would scratch the flooring if I sat on the chair or pushed the chair or stool. There is some buttons that have come away from the fabric of the chair and cannot be pushed back in. It’s also tiny ~ now I’m no hippo! I’m a size 8, 5ft 4” lady and I don’t carry any extra weight but the chair is tiny. I suspect it’s made in China as I order a lot online and you can always tell, it always comes up small. This is ridiculous though- even my 4 year old struggles to sit in it. Anyway. Upon complaining, I asked to return and refund - I was offered £10. I paid £180 for it! So I asked how much they charged for spare legs and he wouldn’t tell me because they don’t sell them separately from the chair. Next thing I know, I was sent replacement legs. I said I didn’t want spare legs, just a return and refund - I wanted to return the whole chair. So now I’m stuck with a broken Chinese chair, with 8 additional legs. This is why I’ve given one star, if I could give zero, I would! The guy replying to the emails needs a new job, on outer space where there’s no people because he clearly cannot cope with his job in customer services. Do not buy anything from this particular seller. I’m going to speak directly with mano mano as I don’t want the chair. It’s broken and the seller isn’t interested.

Lovely chair but not very comfortable. I’ve had to buy another cushion to sit on for extra comfort

It looks nice and elegant. The colour is lovely exactly like on the photo. But it's not the comfortable like i would have imagined. It's not that soft so i wouldn't recommend it for relaxing purposes only just as a decoration.
