The direction of water flow is reversed; the exclusion method to correct the water intake direction. 2.The water pressure is too low; the dosing device cannot start normally. The alternative method is to install a booster pump to improve the water pressure. II. The dosing device is not drawing up the medication. Investigation of causes: 1. During assembly of the new machine, the suction tube and connecting mouthpieces must be airtight. An air leak will prevent the dosing device from drawing up the medication, or the dosing device will stop drawing liquid from the suction tube and become empty, and the remaining liquid will not be drawn up. These phenomena indicate that the suction tube is not properly installed, caused by an air leak (a simple method to determine the leak: with the dosing device under the bucket in the raised position, if the suction is normal, it can be concluded that the suction tube is not properly installed. The leak is at the interface; remember: a serious gas leak or a very small amount of water cannot be judged by this method). To prevent air leaks, a layer of sealing grease can be installed in the suction tube, in the mouth on the outside of the spare parts package. Apply the sealing grease to the white box, then insert the suction tube. 2. If, after using it for some time, the operation of the dosing device becomes slower or there is no operating sound, the troubleshooting method is: unscrew the top cover and replace the two large seals on the moving parts.
