If your original remote operates with a fixed code (red LED), this will not work. 1. Press and hold the button on the new remote where you want to program the original remote's code, then press any other button three times until the LED lights up red, then release all buttons. 2. Place the original remote as close as possible to the left or right of the new remote. 3. Press and hold the button on the original remote for 13 seconds until the indicator light flashes alternately red and blue. The learning process is complete when the LED on the new remote flashes rapidly blue. Release all buttons. 4. The new remote is now programmed. 5. Repeat the process for the remaining buttons. Note: You have 15 seconds to transfer the code. The process must be repeated if the radio code is not successfully transmitted within this time. Programming with the receiver: If the original remote is lost, the new remote can be programmed directly with the receiver. 1. Locate the "learn" or "program" button on the receiver, press it, and the indicator light will begin to flash. 2. While the indicator light is flashing, press the button on the new remote until the indicator light on the receiver flashes rapidly, indicating that the new remote has been successfully programmed.
