It includes a weatherproof kit for standard Ethernet cables, designed to connect to a female RJ45 adapter. Once connected, the male and female connectors are completely sealed, protecting your network components from moisture and dust and ensuring reliable connections. Easy Installation: This Starlink adapter eliminates the need to cut or crimp the original Starlink cables. It integrates a Starlink SPX connector (for antenna and router) and a female RJ45 adapter (T568B) into a single cable, offering simple, tool-free installation without modifying your original Starlink cables, and allowing you to meet your length requirements in various situations. Plug and Play. Installation Instructions: For optimal performance, use a single Cat6 or higher Ethernet cable, without couplers or extensions, to minimize contact resistance. The cable length should not exceed 50 meters (175 feet) for reliable operation. If using crimped Ethernet cables, ensure the RJ45 connectors are securely fastened. When installing the weatherproof connector, handle the cable ends carefully to avoid twisting or damaging them. IMPORTANT NOTE: Excessive contact resistance can cause a voltage drop in the circuit and Starlink malfunction. If third-party PoE injectors and Ethernet cable couplers/extensions are required, we recommend using 23 AWG or larger Cat6 cable for a reliable connection. Ensure that the Ethernet cable length between the antenna and the PoE device does not exceed 23 meters (75 feet).
