Instructions:
1. Please confirm the glass thickness before selecting a glass cutter.
2. Wipe the glass smooth and clean. Hairy or uneven glass is not suitable.
3. Before use, it is best to inject kerosene or another lubricant into the handle tube and ensure that it overflows from the blade. 4. During glass cutting, the blade of a glass cutter should be as straight as possible and parallel to the straightest direction of travel. 5. During glass cutting, the downward pressure of the manual glass cutter should be neither too heavy nor too light; maintaining 20 N is acceptable. 6. When cutting curved glass, it is necessary to create a smooth curve to cut the curved glass. 7. During the glass cutting process, when you hear a clear click, it is finished. The cut cannot be repeated, otherwise the blade will be damaged. 8. When the cutter is not functioning properly, it is recommended to soak the cutting wheel and shaft in a small amount of oil to prevent rust and extend the wheel's lifespan. Note: This glass cutter is not suitable for tempered glass, vitreous brick, marble, or quartz, as these materials have a high hardness. It cannot be used on non-flat glass, nor can it be used directly on windows, walls, or facades. The operation must be performed flat on the floor or a table.
