Note:
1. The maximum high-pressure inlet gas pressure should not exceed 7 bar (1000 psi) and the operating pressure of the glue machine should not exceed 5.5 bar (78 psi). If the operating pressure is above 4 bar, please use aluminum alloy connectors instead. 2. If possible, the glue used should be stored at a constant temperature of 5°C to ensure that the depth of the glue does not change much during use and for Avoid excessive concentration, which can lead to flow difficulties and prevent proper flow. When using, it must be diluted according to the manufacturer's instructions before use. 3. The rubber material must be thoroughly and uniformly stirred before work to ensure the same amount of dripping. 4. When working in AUTO mode, it is generally appropriate to set the air pressure inside the machine between 1 and 2.7 bars (15 and 40 psi). 5. When working in AUTO mode, depending on the actual situation, remove any remaining adhesive from the needle nozzle at the appropriate time. Once this adhesive has hardened, the needle will discharge and the reverse pump will not function. 6. In AUTO mode, the greater the vacuum tube's return air force, the better, but it is adjusted to the appropriate position according to the air pressure, the work cycle, and the size of the Drip-feed, etc. The air return is too significant; this will reverse the piston and destroy normal work. 7. At the end of the job, the syringe must be cleaned in time, otherwise it will be very difficult to disassemble the syringe once the rubber has hardened.
