Usage

To use the device, follow these steps:

• Close the large jaw of the caliper and press zero to clear it.
• Pinch the skin fold at the desired location (e.g., the abdomen or right hip).
• Maintain pressure on the skin fold with one hand while placing the caliper jaw on the measuring device.
• Press the HOLD button to retain the measurement data.
• Repeat the measurement three times and calculate the average of the readings.
