Green Olive Firewood Company Whiskey Oak wood chips are smoking chips made from used oak whiskey barrels, supplied in a 3L bag. Soaked for about 30 minutes and added to the coals, a smoker box or a foil pouch, they give food a strong smoky flavour with a whiskey aroma. They work on charcoal and gas barbecues as well as smokers.
