General description

Grout Magic from Smartseal is a superior grout dye and sealer designed to restore and transform the appearance of wall and floor grout. It effectively re-colors and seals grout in one application, making old grout look like new while hiding stains. Available in 10 colors, Grout Magic is easy to apply and requires no special DIY skills, making it suitable for both professional tradesmen and homeowners.

Technical specifications

Grout Magic: 237 ml bottle

Pre-Treatment: 500 ml bottle

Coverage rate: 3 - 15 m² per 237 ml bottle, depending on joint width, density, texture, and surface porosity

Installation

Stage 1: Prime the grout surface with Grout Magic Pre-Treatment on both old and new installations.

Stage 2: Apply Grout Magic Colour & Seal when the grout joints are clean and thoroughly dry.

Shake the bottle and mix well before use.

Apply steadily onto the grout joint using a small, stiff brush or sponge.

Wipe away any excess sealer from the tile surface within the established timeframe from the test patch.

Allow 48 hours drying time before wetting or cleaning the treated area.

Usage

Use Grout Cleaner to thoroughly clean the grout before applying Grout Magic.

For best results, use Grout Magic Pre-Treatment to ensure grout joints are clean.

If cement or grout residue is present, use Grout Haze Remover prior to application.

To prevent health issues, consider using Mould and Mildew Remover.

This product is for internal use only.

It is essential to complete a test patch to determine the appropriate removal time for excess product.
