General description

Grout Magic from Smartseal is a superior grout dye and sealer designed to restore and enhance the appearance of wall and floor grout. It effectively changes the color of old grout, making it look like new while providing a protective seal against stains and mildew. Available in 10 colors, Grout Magic is easy to apply and requires no special DIY skills, making it suitable for both professionals and homeowners.

Pre-Treatment: 500 ml bottle

Coverage rate: 3 - 15 m² per 237 ml bottle, depending on joint width, density, texture, and surface porosity

Installation

Stage 1: Prime the grout surface with Grout Magic Pre-Treatment on both old and new installations.

Stage 2: Apply Grout Magic Color & Seal when the grout joints are clean and thoroughly dry.

Shake the bottle and mix well before use.

Apply steadily using a small, stiff brush or sponge, ensuring even coverage.

Wipe away excess sealer from the tile surface within the established timeframe (within 30 minutes or less).

Allow 48 hours drying time before wetting or cleaning the treated area.

Usage

Use Grout Cleaner to thoroughly clean the grout before application.

For best results, use Grout Magic Pre-Treatment to ensure grout joints are clean.

If cement or grout residue is present, use Grout Haze Remover prior to application.

To prevent health issues, consider using Mould and Mildew Remover.

Test patch application is essential to determine the appropriate removal time for excess product.
