[HI AL] Key: High temperature alarm setting. 2. [LOW AL] Key: Low temperature alarm setting. 3. [AL UP] Key: High/low temperature alarm on/off. 4. [℃/℉] button: ℃/℉ switch. 5. [HOLD/ON/OFF] button: Turns the device on/off or "HOLD" to lock the current temperature. Instructions: 1. Press the [HOLD/ON/OFF] button: Power on, the LCD screen will display fully, then the measured temperature value will be shown; press this button again to access the data hold function, displaying "HOLD", press again to cancel the hold function. Activate the Low Temperature (LOW) alarm separately: When the temperature falls below the set value, a high level will be emitted, the "LO" symbol will flash, and the alarm will sound simultaneously. Press any key to stop the alarm. 3. Activate the high/low temperature alarm simultaneously (set HI/LOW at the same time): When the temperature exceeds the high/low temperature setpoint range, a high level will be displayed, the symbol will flash, and the alarm will sound simultaneously (when HI is set first, LO must be low. The setting value for HI is valid. If the LO setting value is greater than or equal to the HI value, the previous HI setting value is invalid and must be reset).

If the thermometer will not be used for an extended period, please remove the battery. 3.
