To be totally honest , I would have never bought this product at ManoMano if I had read the review of the firm before buying as they were not very good.
Anyway, The product was very good, and arrived in time and was also cheaper than everywhere else so I was completely satisfied (and relieved)
I think the problem with the bad reviews is that they all relate to bad communication with the firm if the product is damaged, need to be changed or reimbursed.
I expect this where the problem lies: if you want a good aftersale service you generally need to spend a bit more on the product itself.
