This HDMI to SCART converter converts HDMI video or audio signals to SCART composite video signals and also supports DVI signals. It allows you to convert high-quality HDMI video signals to standard SCART (standard definition 480i, 576i) for playback on TVs, VHS recorders, DVD recorders, etc. It supports six video modes: PAL_B/N/M, NTSC_M/Y/NC, and SCART.
