Installation
To use the heated lunch box, follow these steps:
Put the food in the warming bowl.
Close the lid.
Insert the plug into the appropriate socket.

Usage
The recommended heating time is 20-40 minutes in summer and 40-60 minutes in winter, depending on the type and temperature of the food. The lunch box should not be placed in a microwave or oven.
