Description:

An insert plate provides double support for a piece of wood, similar to a wall anchor. This insert plate is placed into a pre-drilled hole, in this case the outer lamellae in the wood, to prevent the plate from twisting or falling out.

Features:

• This insert plate was handcrafted. Thanks to high-strength carbon steel and robust zinc plating for durability and protection against twisting. The insert plate fits both external threaded and six-pin insert plates and is not screwed in with an Allen key. Compared to cylindrical inserts, the insert plate offers the advantage of being mountable on one side of the workpiece. The insert plates are available in various sizes. Choose the appropriate dimensions for your project.
• The pilot hole must be as deep as the insert rod plus the entire portion of the support that extends into the workpiece at the end of the rod.
