High performance double-sided adhesive tape 20 mm x 20 m: powerful and durable adhesive for reliable and waterproof attachment to foam

EXCEPTIONAL ADHESION: Double-sided tape remains flexible, does not peel and provides reliable outdoor performance for demanding applications such as in-car cameras and vehicle-mounted equipment, it offers strong adhesion and advantageously replaces rivets, screws, welds or liquid adhesives.

APPLICATION SURFACES: Double-sided tape effectively adheres to various substrates such as aluminum, steel, glass, marble, tile, powder coatings, composites, plastics and hardwoods. This ribbon is not suitable for heavily textured or painted walls, as the paint may peel when removed. Its viscoelastic properties give it strong adhesion to materials with both high and low surface energy.

TIPS FOR USE: For optimal adhesion, clean surfaces thoroughly with a mixture of equal parts isopropyl alcohol and water. Apply the tape at 21-38°C and allow it to dry for 72 hours under firm pressure. A first application at a temperature below 10°C is not recommended, as the adhesive hardens and loses its adhesive power. However, after correct application, adhesion is generally satisfactory even in cold weather.

OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE: This double-sided acrylic foam tape, featuring a versatile adhesive, provides high shear strength, strong adhesion and excellent heat resistance. It supports continuous exposure at 80°C and short-term exposure to 150°C. Ideal for bonding before the application of high temperature coatings, it is reliable even in environments subject to high heat.
