1. When plugging or unplugging the grid ruler sensor and digital display plug, turn off the power.2. Add a protective cover as much as possible, and clean the chips and oil splashed on the ruler in time to strictly prevent any foreign matter from entering the inside of the sensor housing of the grid ruler.3. Regularly check whether the installation connection screws are loose.4.To extend the service life of the dustproof sealing strip, a thin layer of silicone oil can be applied evenly to the sealing strip, taking care not to splash onto the grooved surface of the glass grid.5.To ensure the reliability of the grid scale sensor, the surface of the grid balance and the grid indicator surface can be cleaned and wiped with a 50% ethanol mixture at regular intervals to keep the glass grid balance surface clean.6.The grid rule sensor must not be subjected to strong vibration or violent impacts to avoid damaging the grid rule.If the grid rule breaks, the grid rule sensor will fail.Do not disassemble the grating scale sensor yourself, and even less so arbitrarily alter the relative distance between the main and auxiliary scales, as this could damage the accuracy of the grating scale sensor; conversely, it could damage both the main and auxiliary scales.The resulting friction, damaging the chrome plating, will also damage the grid lines and render the grid rule unusable.Care should be taken to ensure that the surface of the grid rule is not contaminated by oil and water, so as not to damage the distribution of the grid line bands.
