Notes:
1. Regularly check that the installation connection screws are not loose.
2. To extend the service life of the dustproof sealing strip, a thin layer of silicone oil can be applied evenly to the sealing strip, taking care not to splash it onto the engraved glass grid.
3. To ensure the reliability of the grid sensor, the grid and the indicator grid can be cleaned and wiped with a 50% ethanol mixture at regular intervals to keep the glass grid clean.
4. The grid ruler sensor must be strictly protected from violent vibrations and impacts to avoid damaging the grid ruler. If the grid rule breaks, the grid rule sensor will fail.
5. Care must be taken to prevent the grid rule from being contaminated by oil and water, so as not to damage the grid rule line distribution and cause measurement errors.
6. The grid sensor should try to avoid operating in a highly corrosive environment, so as not to corrode the chrome layer of the grid and damage the grid quality.
