Emulators using the guide:
The emulator for MAN Euro 6 does not need to be programmed. Install the emulator under the metal cover of the AdBlue pump on the right-hand side behind the cab. Unplug the AdBlue pump connector and connect the emulator. Next, remove the following fuses: F894 (AdBlue tank multi-sensor input), F738 (+30V AdBlue pump signal), and F1084 (upstream NOx sensor). F737 is now the emulator fuse. F1109 is the fuse for the downstream NOx sensor, and A1191 is the muffler temperature sensor. This sensor must be functioning correctly for DPF regeneration. Finally, disconnect the power to the downstream NOx sensor. There are two options: one is to cut pin 1 of the NOx sensor connector, the other (the better option) is to remove pin 10 of the X3212 connector. This connector is visible on the rear of the engine on the right side. It is a TE connector (16 pins) with a yellow key.
