Emulators using guide:
Emulator for Man Euro 6 does not need to be learned. You install the emulator under the metal cover of the AdBlue pump on the right side behind the cabin, unplug the AdBlue pump plug and connect the emulator.
Then you need to remove the fuses:
F894 (multi-sensor input for AdBlue tank)
F738 (+30 Signal from AdBlue pump)
F1084 (NOx sensor in
Fuse F737 is now the emulator fuse.
Fuse F1109 is the downstream NOx sensor fuse and A1191. muffler temperature sensor. This sensor must work properly for DPF regeneration.
Finally, you must turn off power to the downstream NOx sensor. There are two options: one is to cut pin 1 of the NOx sensor plug, the other (best) is to remove pin 10 of the X3212 plug.This plug is visible at the rear of the engine on the right side.It is a TE (16-pin) connector with a yellow key.
