Product information
Description
Description: This self-centering hinge drill bit set allows for quick drill bit changes without rechecking the tool. Simply remove the screw and replace the drill bit with a new one. Ideal for hinges, handles, drawer slides, and woodworking. Features: 1. Fits most standard drills (all centering drill bits have a 6 mm shank diameter). 2. Efficient and precise positioning. 3. 135° chamfer drill bit. 4. Double-sided chip evacuation. 5. The drill bits are surrounded by spring guides with a viewing window to indicate the drilling depth. Disassembly: 1. Have the centering drill bit and Allen wrench ready. 2. Insert the Allen wrench and turn. 3. Grasp the drill bit head and unscrew the housing (like a bottle cap). 4. Reassemble the parts. To replace the drill bit, simply remove the defective one and insert the replacement. Excessive speed can cause the drill bit to become miscentered, break, or jam. Adjust the drilling speed according to the wood hardness. Use the smallest pilot drill bit for soft wood. For hard wood, choose a correspondingly larger or larger drill bit. If the pilot drill bit cannot be removed after drilling, loosen it with the included Allen wrench. Package contents: 8 NatureAqua pilot drill bits (5/64", 7/64", 9/64" x 2, 11/64", 13/64", 5 mm and 1/4"), 1 Allen wrench, 8 spare drill bits
