Step Drill Bit Size: 6-60mm (12 steps: 6, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60mm). Shank Diameter: 13mm.
Step Drill Bit Material: HSS 4241
Application: This step bit is suitable for workpieces with a hardness below 25°, such as carbon steel, sheet metal, insulation boards, PVC panels, planks, and wood. Workpiece thickness: less than 5mm.
Note: Use water cooling during drilling to extend the drill bit's lifespan.
Recommended drilling speed 250-400 rpm. Spiral grooved slot: 135. Slotted tip and double flute design for self-centering and deburring; the spiral groove helps remove chips during drilling.Features
