General Description

The HX711 module is an Arduino pressure sensor designed for high-precision weighing applications. It uses a 24-bit A/D converter, enabling fast and accurate measurements. This module is ideal for electronic scales and offers great flexibility thanks to its two analog channels with an integrated programmable amplifier, providing a gain of 128x. It is compatible with various bridge load cells, making it suitable for multiple applications, such as pressure measurement and weighing.

Application

For accurate measurement, it is essential to apply an external force appropriately. The strain portion of the sensor must be correctly positioned to avoid obstruction. The sensor can be used in three different ways:

Use one sensor with an external resistor to form a full bridge measurement (range: 50 kg).
Use two sensors to form a full bridge measurement (range: 100 kg).
Use four sensors to form a full bridge measurement (range: 200 kg).
