Product information
Description
This stator (solenoid/generator), manufactured to original equipment specifications, was specifically designed for the globally popular Yamaha YZF-R15 (and its derivatives R15S/R15M) small-displacement sport motorcycle. It is fully compatible with the three main original part numbers: 2FB-H1410-00, BK7-H1410-00, and BK6-H1410-02, and covers the main production period from 2015 to 2021 for motorcycles equipped with the 155cc engine featuring variable valve timing (VVA). This stator ensures a stable and efficient power supply for this powerful, high-revving small-displacement engine and its complex electronic fuel injection system, thus providing a professional solution to charging issues. 【Important Product Information】 Corresponding Original Part Numbers: 2FB-H1410-00, BK7-H1410-00, BK6-H1410-02 Applicable Models: Yamaha YZF-R15 (third generation and later, generally models updated after 2015, including R15S, R15M, etc.) Mainly Applicable Years: 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 Compatible Engines: 155cc liquid-cooled SOHC single-cylinder engine equipped with a variable valve timing system (VVA) (some models) Function of the Part: This product is the main component of the magneto ignition's power generation. At engine speeds above 10,000 rpm, the ignition coil must operate stably and generate three-phase current to power the following critical systems: Electronic fuel injection: powering precision components such as the control unit, injectors, VVA solenoid valve, and throttle actuator. Ignition system: powering the high-performance ignition coil. Charging and auxiliary systems: charging the battery and powering all vehicle lights, instruments, and sensors. Troubleshooting: This product is designed to resolve common problems on modern small-displacement sport motorcycles caused by a stator coil failure: unusually rapid battery discharge requiring frequent recharging; faulty instrument readings, VVA or FI warning lights that may trigger false alarms; significantly dimmer low beam at idle and insufficient brightness at high speed; starting difficulties or rough idling due to insufficient voltage after starting or a malfunctioning VVA system. The charging voltage, measured with a multimeter, is less than 13.5V or does not reach a stable value.
