Description
Welcome to our shop! Discover our SP16 flange-mounted, waterproof aviation connector, a robust and reliable solution for your demanding applications. Designed for safety and performance, this connector is ideal for use in harsh environments. Its IP68-rated waterproof design guarantees complete protection against dust and prolonged immersion. The housing, made of PA66 and PA6 composite materials, offers excellent corrosion and impact resistance, preventing any risk of cracking even at low temperatures (operating range: -25°C to 85°C). The connection quality is exceptional thanks to its gold-plated solid copper contacts. This treatment prevents oxidation, ensures low contact resistance, and a long service life of over 500 mating cycles. The internal thermoplastic PPS insulation withstands temperatures up to 220°C. For a secure and durable installation, the wires are connected by tin soldering, reinforcing electrical and mechanical strength. The connector is mounted via an M16 x 1.5mm thread and a flange with a mounting hole spacing of approximately 26mm, compatible with cables from Φ6 to 7.5mm². Its electrical characteristics are impressive: an insulation resistance of 2000 MΩ and a voltage rating of 1500V. This versatile connector is widely used in communication equipment, instrumentation, computers, programming machines, alarm systems, and bridge electronic equipment. The kit includes one male and one female connector, ready for installation to create a leak-proof and high-performance connection.
