The side brush module is an important part of the iRobot Roomba cleaning robot. It helps clean hard-to-reach areas such as walls or oven edges. By replacing the edge sweeping brush module, you can maintain the peak performance of the Roomba device.
Remember to clean the side sweeping brush regularly. Failure to do so may result in inefficient operation of the machine or even damage to the module.
Replacing the side brush module is very simple. All you need is a screwdriver!
Loosen the side brush screw with a screwdriver or coin and remove the side brush
Loosen the 5 screws holding the bottom cover with a Phillips screwdriver</ p>
Unclip the battery to remove it from the robot.
Loosen the 2 screws holding the side brush module in place
Remove the side brush module
< p>Install the replacement side brush module and tighten the 2 screws holding the replacement side brush module in placeInsert the battery and bottom cover.
Install the side brush and side brush screw.
