Iron Man IM-409B Home Multi Gym with Punch bag

Weight Stack:

There is a massive 65kg / 144lb weight stack included with this gym with an easy pull pin locking system in place. This ensures that any weight changes can be done quickly and safely. There are 10 plates (9x 6.8kg / 15lb plates and a 4.8kg / 10.5lb top plate).

Construction:

The main frame work is 50mm square steel.
The backrest and seat are both foam padded with a vinyl covering easy cleaning.
