Irrigatia solar powered drip irrigation kits are the easiest way to water automatically from a water barrel. An Irrigatia kit will water every 3 hours during daylight. It's weather responsive SMART irrigation controller uniquely uses solar power to detect the weather and alter watering according to the conditions and the season, applying more water when it is sunny. Using solar power to pump water and feed from a water butt, an Irrigatia System needs no power supply or plumbing. Easy to install and set up, it will water automatically with minimal supervision. The kits are designed to apply water accurately, directly where it is needed and slowly enough for it to soak in. A simple dial control allows the watering time to be adjusted up or down to achieve the optimum amount of water delivered. They are not suitable for high output systems such as sprinklers.
