Jumbo Cord Grey 3+2 Sofa Set - color Grey - Grey

I didn't get the sofa I wanted . I was given a substitute one as the sofa I wanted was not going to get to me in time for my delivery date. I didn't know about this until I phoned up as I wanted to know will my sofa be delivered. If I didn't call the company would not have told me. The reason why I wanted the sofa on the specific date was because I had a party on the weekend of that week. I had no choice but to take the substitute sofa as I could not cancel my party and I would be embarrassed if I couldn't sit my guests . It was an inconvenience and stress . I only got £45 off as a refund only after fighting for this with the company abkaus!!!! I decided to buy from mano mano as it said it could deliver within 2 weeks and the other major retailers were saying 3 month wait . For the future I will be going down the route of getting it from major retailers and knowing that it will be the right sofa delivered .
