1. PRODUCT INTRODUCTION: This is an open-source CW (Morse code) keyer with numerous functions and high flexibility.2. OPEN-SOURCE CODE: The code comes from K3NG, which is open-source code, so you can completely customize the code to suit your needs, or learn or find coding ideas for other projects.
3. UPGRADE VERSION: The PCB has been redesigned, which can be installed in a compact aluminum case, and the code has been cut to fit the AVR functions for the Mega 2560.
4. MULTI-PURPOSE: The K3NG Keyer integrates almost all the features and functions of the K3NG code, such as the LCD screen, USB keypad, rotary encoder, and CW decoder.
5. STANDBY IO: There are standby I/O pins on the board that can be reserved for new features and functions.

This is an open-source CW (Morse Code) key with many features and flexibility, competing with other commercial keys that often cost significantly more. The FOR code comes from K3NG, and it is open-source so you can fully customize it to suit your needs and perhaps learn from it or find coding ideas for other projects. We redesigned the PCB, which could be installed in a compact aluminum enclosure, and cut the code to accommodate the AVR functionality for the Mega 2560, leaving some space for new features and functions. Features: Adjustable CW Speed from 1 to 999 WPM; Programming and interfacing via USB port (command line interface); USB keyboard interface for CW keyboard operation without a computer; Logging and interfacing with the Tail and Hang Times story programs; 1602 LCD display; 3 macro memories; Serial numbers; CW keyboard (via a terminal server program like PuTTY or the serial program); Speed potentiometer (optional, speed also adjustable with commands); QRS and HSCW; Beacon, Fox Mode; Iambic A and B; Clavy Straight Mode; Bug Mode; CMOS Super Keyer Iambic B Timing; Reverse Pag Mode Hellschreiber (Keyboard sending, memory macro, tag)
