Easy to clean and install. Fits the following models: KK45SS, KSM110, KSM103, KSM75, KSM95, KSM150PS, KSM152PS, KSM155GB, K45, KSM100 and KSM90. Replaces part numbers K45WW, 9704329, 4162165, 9706446, 4176070, K455 and 4169927. Wire whisk for airy mixtures: Eggs, egg whites, heavy cream, icings, sponge cake, mayonnaise, some candies. For whipping small quantities of cream and egg whites, or for aerating mashed potatoes.
To whip at medium speed and mix the butter into a creamy consistency. To finish mixing cake batter, doughnut batter and other doughs.
