General Description The V2 Potato Peeler Attachment is an innovative tool designed for Thermomix TM6, TM5, and TM31 models. This attachment allows for effortless peeling of potatoes and carrots, removing up to 95% of the peel. Thanks to its high-performance plastic friction disc, it guarantees maximum efficiency with virtually no abrasion inside the vegetables. Easy to attach and clean, the friction disc is removable, dishwasher-safe, and BPA-free. Technical Specifications Compatible with: Thermomix TM6, TM5, TM31 Peeling Capacity: Up to 1000 g of vegetables per process Peel Removal: Up to 95% Minimum Potato Weight: 200 g Material: BPA-free plastic Installation Simplified attachment of the friction disc to the attachment. Use Attach the WunderPeeler to the Thermomix mixing blade. Use at level 3 for best peeling results. Potatoes should be small and uniform for optimal peeling. After peeling, rinse the potatoes in cold water before processing. Other information: The peeling function of the Thermomix TM6 should not be used with the WunderPeeler.
