This drain basket fits my sink perfectly and it seems solid to me: all stainless steel (which was not the case with the original one on my sink)

Average material quality. Average waterproofness. Medium sink adaptation. Basket not deep enough. Ball too small and spring too soft.

Although this product is a little different regarding the depth, this drain grille fulfills its sealing role perfectly if necessary compared to the original one. It's perfect.
