Usage

Insert the probe into food or liquid to read the temperature.

Clean the thermometer probe with a damp cloth before and after use.

To sterilize, insert the probe into hot water for at least 6 seconds.

Other information

Do not leave the thermometer in/on the grill, oven, or BBQ smoker.

Avoid touching a hot probe with bare hands.
