Freezing Time and Bowl PreparationThe freezer bowl must be completely frozen before starting the recipe. Before freezing, wash and dry the bowl. The time it takes to reach the frozen state depends on the temperature of your freezer. It is recommended to place the freezer bowl at the bottom of the freezer, where it is coldest. For even freezing, be sure to place the freezer bowl on a flat surface and in an upright position. Freezing time is usually between 16 and 24 hours. Shake the bowl to see if it is completely frozen. If you do not feel the liquid moving in the bowl, the refrigerant is frozen. To get the most convenient frozen desserts and drinks, you can leave the freezer bowl in the freezer at all times. Use the bowl immediately after removing it from the freezer. It will begin to thaw quickly once removed from the freezer.
