Induction heating works directly through the magnetic field — only the base of your pan gets hot, not the hob surface itself. That means faster heat-up times, more precise temperature control, and a cooler, safer kitchen. The Boost function pushes any zone to maximum power instantly, so dinner doesn't wait. And when two of the central zones are combined into one extended cooking area, there's finally room for that fish pan, griddle plate, or roasting dish that never quite fits on a standard hob.
