Installation

The Steakhouse Pro 233 can be used as a freestanding unit or integrated into cabinetry. It features height-adjustable feet and a right-hand door hinge for easy positioning in various kitchen or utility spaces.

Usage

Simply hang the meat of your choice on the stainless steel rack or place it on the stainless steel shelf. The cabinet maintains the ideal conditions for maturation, allowing you to enjoy perfectly aged meat after 3-4 weeks.

Other information

An integrated UVC system ensures antibacterial purity, while an activated-carbon filter keeps the interior air clean and odour-neutral. The ventilation system circulates air evenly throughout the chamber, ensuring consistent ageing without the need for turning or repositioning the meat.
