Installation

The Steakhouse Pro 233 can be used as a freestanding unit or integrated into cabinetry. It features height-adjustable feet and a right-hand door hinge for easy positioning in various kitchen or utility spaces.

Usage

Set the temperature and humidity to create the ideal conditions for dry-aging meat. The integrated activated-carbon filter and UVC system ensure clean air and antibacterial purification, while the panoramic glass door allows you to monitor the aging process without disturbing the internal climate. White LED interior lighting enhances visibility inside the cabinet.
