Installation

• To close the lid, turn the knob in the opposite direction as indicated by the arrow, lowering the elastic clamping bar until it is close to the lid.
• Place the lid flat between the pot body and the pot legs for a perfect fit.

Use

• When cooking fine rice, hold the lid securely in place using the elastic clamping bar.
• When the pressure relief valve begins to release gas, reduce the heat to prevent splattering.
• Before To open the lid, remove the pot from the heat source and allow it to cool to room temperature or cool it with cold water.
• Slightly lift the pressure relief valve to release any remaining gas before opening the lid.
