Installation

To install the thermometer, follow these steps:

Press the PWR button to turn on the thermometer.

Immerse the probe in water.

Usage

The thermometer is easy to use:

Read the temperature on the LCD screen.

Change the temperature unit between °C and °F by pressing the appropriate button.

Record maximum and minimum temperature values.

Clear historical data by holding the button for 3 seconds.
