The first step

Rotary punch needle switch cutting surface parallel to the handle, separate the handle completely, then you can select the specification of the punch needles you want.

Second step

Rotate and adjust the desired punch needle, tighten the handle, insert it into the punch needle cover, and lock it by rotating the cutting surface of the switch adjustment.

Step three

Adjust the lower die adjustment screw with the Allen wrench, rotate the lower die joint, and select the die hole.

Step four

Once the punch needle is aligned with the corresponding hole in the lower die, tighten the handle to force the needles into the hole in the lower die. Punching: Fix the set screw of the lower die with the Allen key.

Step five

Adjust the limit ruler to the desired distance. You can adjust the distance between the holes and set the limit for more precise punching and cleaner punching in rows.

Step six

It is widely used for punching round holes in leather, belts, cardboard, A4 paper, plastic, canvas, cardboard, dog leashes and similar materials.
