The customer service and the whole company is rubbish. The item got sent back to them by the courier... No explanation wad given to me. Then I suggested they used another courier they said sorry we cannot and used the same courier(Yodel) to resend this item and the sent thing happened again. This was after waiting 12 days for delivery. Then I asked for a refund they whole team just seemed clueless. Then some guy messaged me saying oh now we can use a different courier anf it will be faster and it won't be returned for being too heavy. Just bullocks. I've asked for a full refund. I hope I don't wait 30 days for my money £399

It came damaged and the seller asked me to try to rectify it. They should have immediately admitted liability and replaced the item rather than ask the customer to fix it8
