Grasp the ends of the straps with each hand, ensuring your back is straight and knees are slightly bent. Adjust the strap length by inserting your arms into the openings provided. Position your arms at a 45-degree angle from your elbow to your wrist. Ensure the strap opening is just below your elbow and fully over your forearm. Place your hands flat on the item being carried, fingers pointing upwards. Usage Before lifting, confirm that everyone is ready. Lift by slowly straightening your legs while keeping your back straight. Lower the item by bending your knees slightly until it reaches the floor. Always clear the path for safety before moving heavy objects.
