To lift:

Place the two straps side by side under furniture with solid/sturdy legs, or cross the straps under items without legs in an X shape for a non-slip grip.

Grasp the ends of the straps individually (2 per person) with each hand.

Keep your back straight, bend your knees slightly, and choose the desired length by inserting the arms into the openings provided for length adjustment.

Position the arms at a 45-degree angle.

The opening of the chosen strap should be just at the base of your elbow, but entirely on your forearm.

Place your hands directly in front of your shoulders, flat on the item being carried, with your fingers pointing upwards.
