To lift:
Place the two straps side by side under furniture with solid legs, or cross the straps under items without legs for a non-slip grip.
Grasp the ends of the straps individually, 2 per person in each hand.
Keep your back straight and bend slightly. knees and choose the desired length by inserting your arms and the openings provided to adjust the length.
Place your arms at a 45-degree angle from elbow to wrist.
The opening of the chosen strap should be just at the base of your elbow, but completely over your forearm.
Place your hands directly in front of your shoulders, palms flat on the worn item while keeping your fingers pointing upwards.
