WARNING:
It is always recommended to wear back protection, steel-toed boots, and have adult supervision when attempting/lifting relatively heavy objects.

To Lift:
Place both straps side by side under furniture with solid/sturdy legs, or cross the straps under items without legs in an X shape for a non-slip grip.
Grasp the ends of the straps individually, 2 per person, with each hand.
With your back straight, bend your knees slightly. Knees and choose the desired length by inserting the arms into the openings provided to adjust the length.
Position the arms at a 45-degree angle from the elbow to the wrist.
The opening of the chosen strap should be just at the base of your elbow, but fully across your forearm.
Place your hands directly in front of your shoulders, flat on the item being carried, with your fingers pointing upwards.
